Hello and welcome! My name is Sophie, and I’m the Massage Therapist in this neck of the woods.

I have a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biomedical Biology from Laurentian University and, I graduated from Collège Boréal with honors with a diploma in Massage Therapy. I have worked alongside other health professionals from the beginning of my career and have taken several additional courses that have helped me enhance my practice and skill set. My practice is Sports Massage focused. I aspire to help athletes improve their overall game, enhance their muscle performance and avoid injury. I have a great passion for what I do and, I hope to translate this passion into personalized care plans to help you achieve your health goals to the best of my ability.
